What we collect
Your name, email, optional phone, profile details (bio, headline, skills, links), the posts, comments, projects and listings you publish, and the media you upload. We also store basic security data such as session tokens and moderation records.
Why we collect it
To run your account, show your content to other members, protect the platform from abuse and spam, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party ad tracking.
Media and storage
Images and videos are kept in a private storage bucket. The app hands out short-lived signed links so your files are not publicly browsable.
Who can see your content
Posts, comments, projects and marketplace listings are visible to anyone browsing Seedly, including guests. Saved posts, notifications, support tickets and verification requests are private to you and the moderation team.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted posts are hidden immediately and purged on our normal maintenance cycle. To delete your account and its content, contact us from the support page and we will process the request.
Your rights
You can access, correct or export your profile data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Write to us through support and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions expire, and privileged actions are checked server-side. No system is perfect — report anything suspicious through support immediately.
