Terms of service
By using Seedly you agree to these terms and to the platform rules.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your credentials safe, give accurate details, and you are responsible for everything published from your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By publishing on Seedly you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute that content inside the platform so other members can see it. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.
Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, illegal content, impersonation or scraping. Marketplace listings must describe real services or products. See the platform rules for the full list.
Moderation
We may hide, remove or restrict content and accounts that break these terms or the rules, with or without notice when the risk is serious. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team.
Payments
Paid features and marketplace transactions are billed as shown at the point of purchase. Prices are in NIS unless stated otherwise. Deals between members are between those members — Seedly is not a party to them.
Verification
The blue check confirms identity, not endorsement. We may grant, decline or revoke it at our discretion.
Availability and liability
Seedly is provided as is. We work hard on uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data to the extent permitted by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Seedly at any time and request deletion through support. We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly break these terms.
